After I had 2 kids in 2 years, I took years off from exercising.

After college, I pursed my doctorate in physical therapy and have treated patients of all different walks of life for a decade.

Phase 1: The Fundamentals of Proper Posture

Inside Phase 1, you'll:

  1. Take a baseline measurement of your posture as it stands today
  2. Identify your problem list with the limitations that contribute to bad posture
  3. How to correct the items on. your problem list based on 3 activation methods I'll teach you in 6 body positions
  4. You'll master 3 stretching flows you can do at home, office, park, or anywhere else
By the end of this module, you'll have a clear understanding of proper posture and how to correct posture with the right stretches.

 

Phase 2: Proper Desk Setup, Car Setup, & Sleep Setup

Inside Phase 2, you'll:

1. Learn the 90/90 Rule to complete proper desk set up.

2. Decide on the appropriate sleep position for your specific needs.

3. Receive a list of supplemental materials to help you find the right postures at your workplace and while you sleep.

By the end of this module, you'll learn how to optimize these positions to reduce the energy expenditure of your muscles.

 

 

 

 

 

Phase 3: Muscle Strengthening for Joint Health Optimization

Phase 3 will provide you with a step by step framework to learn 3 movements once in 6 positions to target as many muscles as possible in a single exercise

This framework saves you time and frustration from having to choose between thousands of strengthening exercises you see on the internet.

 

 

 

Phase 4: Treatment & Troubleshoot Mild Aches & Pains

Phase 4 will teach you how to troubleshoot your aches and pains. 

Inside Phase 4, you'll receive 2 mini mobility workouts and 2 mini strength workouts I created to mitigate neck, shoulder, mid back, low back, hip, and knee pain.
